When choosing a Realtor to represent you in a real estate transaction, it really does make a difference who you use.  I am a full-time Broker in the real estate industry, active for 20 years,  selling in Iroquois, Ford, and Kankakee Counties.  I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Illinois Association of Realtors, and the Kankakee-Iroquois-Ford Association of Realtors.  Beyond the necessary hours required to receive my Illinois license, I have also taken additional classes to achieve the designations of GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute), and ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative).
